REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders under $150 cancelled at least 48 hours before the customer's selected date are eligible for a refund. Orders under $150 cancelled up to 24 hours before the order date are eligible for a 50% refund. Same-day cancelations are not eligible for a refund. Larger catering orders require a minimum of four days notice for cancelation*. All refunds issued will be minus the original Shopify transaction fee paid at the time of placing the order.

Our quality guarantee applies to the same day the order was prepared (up to 12 hours from preparation). Platters and boxes are designed to be consumed same-day, and freshness cannot be guaranteed after a full day/night in the fridge. Refunds will not be issued for orders that were kept more than 24 hours before being consumed. The window for a refund for any order is one week from pickup/delivery.

Failed pickups are not eligible for a refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility - or their recipient- to bring the order indoors in a timely manner if nobody was available to accept it directly upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered on time that were not brought indoors. This issue can be avoided by making sure your gift recipient is home during the delivery time chosen. We advise against surprise deliveries of perishable food.
